About Me

Elise received her Real Estate License in 1982 and graduated with a BS degree in Marketing from San Jose State University in 1984.   She worked for and was mentored by one of the Top Century 21 Agents in all of Northern California and Nevada from 1980-1989, acting as an escrow coordinator and marketing specialist for his sales business. It was during that time that Elise learned how to effectively conduct a direct marketing campaign to generate business as well as the importance of successfully marketing the properties and develop the necessary skills to negotiate on behalf of their clients.   While working at Century 21, Elise was facilitating over 80 sales a year. Looking for a new challenge, Elise was hired by the owners of Century 21 Champion to actively recruit, train and manage the sales force from the onset of their opening in 1989. She developed a highly successful and sought after “coaching” program from 1990-2003. In 2003, Elise transitioned from the Sales Manager, Recruiter and Trainer by delegating those responsibilities to many of the seasoned agents she helped get started in the business and took on the responsibility of starting up Century 21 Champion’s own “in-house” Marketing Department where multiple graphic designers and marketing specialisst assisted our agents in developing, designing and printing all related marketing materials via print media, website and internet support. In 2010, Century 21 Champion was acquired by Century 21 M&M and Associates, one of the largest and highest producing Century 21 offices in the world! During the transition of ownership, Elise was asked to take over the management of the San Jose office where she oversaw the operation of one of the most productive offices in the Century 21 M&M family.   Working now as a full-time Realtor, Elise believes in creating long term business relationships with her clients by providing exceptional service. Her clients value her because of her follow-through efforts and she takes pride in her job by demonstrating a professional attitude with all the buyers and sellers she works with. Working in partnership with Sheryl Shigemasa, another full-time Realtor with over a decade of experience, she has the ability to stay present in today’s market while managing an office.   A majority of their business comes from working by referral and helping past clients continue to build their real estate wealth. It is their desire to be a resource for all their clients for future and past real estate transactions and to be in their real estate life forever.
